Terms & Conditions — 1mgame Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the operator of the 1mgame platform ("1mgame", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://1mgame.cam and all associated services, features, software and content (collectively, the "Services").

1mgame is an English-language online gaming platform designed for players in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The platform covers sports betting including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments and other major sporting events, live casino games, slots, and related gaming products.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the Services, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

In these Terms the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account held by an individual Player on the 1mgame platform.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as the platform may support.
• "Bonus Funds" — any funds credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and age verification process required by the operator prior to authorising withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Platform" — the 1mgame website at https://1mgame.cam and all associated pages, mobile interfaces and services.
• "Real-Money Funds" — funds deposited by the Player using a payment method, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must bet before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" — all gambling, gaming, information and support services made available through the Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" — any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law and from which the operator does not accept registrations.

To register and maintain an account on 1mgame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only; corporate registrations are not permitted).
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court order or other legal restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of the operator or any of its associated entities.
• You must hold only one (1) account on the platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any balances held and permanent account closure.

The platform does not represent that participation in gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. Responsibility for compliance with applicable local law rests entirely with the Player. Pakistani users should in particular be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable provincial or federal legislation.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and any other information requested during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as activity authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach without undue delay.

You agree to notify 1mgame immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time and to suspend accounts pending the outcome of such verification.

Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed after registration without completing a full KYC review. Address and contact information updates must be submitted to the support team with supporting documentation.

1mgame operates a mandatory KYC process in compliance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. Players are required to complete identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal request and may be required to do so at any point during their use of the platform.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method, where required (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet or a masked bank statement).

Failure to complete KYC verification within any deadline communicated by the platform may result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification or, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension.

All documents submitted are processed and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or in connection with the operator's licensing obligations.

Players may fund their accounts using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of deposit. The methods listed from time to time may include — but are not limited to — mobile wallet services, bank transfers and cryptocurrency options, subject to the operator's current cashier configuration.

Important: The availability of any particular payment method (including services commonly known in Pakistan such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) is subject to change at the operator's discretion and without notice. The mention of these payment providers on this platform does not imply their endorsement of gambling or any partnership, affiliation or arrangement with 1mgame.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to the account balance after the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• 1mgame is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems or technical issues outside of the platform's control.
• Deposited funds are not eligible for interest.

Players may request withdrawal of Real-Money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed to the operator's satisfaction before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the operator's withdrawal routing policy in place at the time.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the cashier at the time of request.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a review period. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. The operator is not responsible for processing delays on the receiving end of a payment provider.
• The operator reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, including requesting further documentation where suspicious activity is indicated.
• Any withdrawal of funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or in breach of these Terms will be voided and the relevant funds will be forfeited.

1mgame may offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, sports promotions and other incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and/or bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means the Player must wager a total of PKR 1,50,000 before withdrawal eligibility is met.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per stake or per spin. Exceeding this limit will result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%; table games, live casino and certain other game categories may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Full contribution tables are available in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire after the period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the applicable promotion terms expressly permit this.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings derived from a bonus may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap, as specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Minimum Deposit: Most bonuses require a qualifying single deposit, typically not less than PKR 1,000, unless stated otherwise. Split deposits may not qualify.

The operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other method the operator deems to be bonus abuse — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products available on the 1mgame platform:

• Once a bet, wager or game round is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the specific game rules provide otherwise.
• All bets are accepted subject to the specific sport, market or game rules applicable at the time of placement. Players are advised to review market-specific rules before placing bets.
• The operator reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system malfunction, match fixing, data feed errors or where applicable rules require voiding.
• Live betting markets (in-play) close at the operator's discretion. Bets placed after the designated cut-off for a market will not be accepted.
• For casino games, the RNG (random number generator) certification of each game is the responsibility of the game developer and studio provider. RTP figures displayed for each game are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any per-session or per-spin outcome.
• Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with the support team within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Claims raised after this period may not be investigated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Making a chargeback request in respect of any deposit without first attempting to resolve the dispute through the platform's formal complaints process.
• Facilitating or attempting to facilitate any of the above on behalf of a third party.

In addition to account suspension and forfeiture of balances, the operator reserves the right to report any suspected criminal conduct to the appropriate authorities.

1mgame is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players from the Responsible Gambling section of the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. These limits come into effect immediately when reduced, and increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of any gaming session.

All content on the 1mgame platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall design and layout — is the property of the operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling or similar data extraction tools on the platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1mgame and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities or goodwill.
• Any gambling losses sustained by you during your use of the platform.
• Technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, server downtime, data loss or errors in third-party data feeds that affect odds or game results.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game developers or data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute by the Player.
• A Player voluntarily requesting account closure.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating closure.

Upon account closure, any Real-Money Funds standing to the credit of a verified account (after deduction of any amounts properly owed to the operator) will be returned to the Player via the last-used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

1mgame reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via a platform notification or email to the address registered on the account. Where notice is not practical, the revised Terms will take effect upon publication at this URL.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed, as specified in the operator's current licensing documentation.

Before initiating any formal dispute, Players are required to raise the matter in the first instance with the 1mgame support team, allowing the operator a reasonable period of no less than fourteen (14) calendar days to investigate and respond.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the Player may escalate the matter to any applicable regulatory body or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme as recognised under the operator's license, where applicable.
